Located on the North Mountain, in beautiful South Scots Bay, Tiny Lotus Yoga offers accessible yoga to clients — meeting you where you’re at. Current classes include both online and in-person options (current classes held in Scots Bay).

Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time. I enjoy helping people connect to their bodies and breath through movement and meditation. I believe the strength as well as connection to our breath we develop on our mats can be transferred to assist us in our daily lives. There are numerous health benefits to practicing yoga regularly including increased strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
